Preventive Maintenance

To be able to continuously run your systems at peak performance, both hardware and software issues must be identified before they affect the system performance. We therefore work with long-term preventive maintenance plans to keep your system operational at all times.

Software Maintenance

Entering a software maintenance agreement is scalable to your needs and will provide you with a full software warranty covering response times and execution of corrective actions. New software upgrades will be available and you can thus keep your software investment at a modern level and also take advantage of new features and functions. The software warranty can also guarantee compatibility with new versions of operating systems, databases and software development tools.
This software maintenance also guarantees you continuously updated knowledge about system enhancements and new software releases.

Hardware Maintenance

On-site maintenance visits are made on a regular basis by Lyngsoe field engineers, who will inspect all equipment, make necessary repairs and carry out on-site tests. During these routine visits, critical emergency procedures will also be tested. Entering a hardware maintenance agreement includes a walk-through of the entire system and cleansing or exchange of hardware according to need. Preventive maintenance tasks may also be carried out remotely where possible.

Spare Parts

The Lyngsoe Systems repair shop guarantees repair times or administration of hardware repair via third parties to ensure quick and secure delivery of spare parts.
