This service is scalable according to individual needs and can be made available 24/7. Support from our help-desk will also make it easier for your new staff to quickly become familiar with the system.
24/7 Hotline
Lyngsoe Systems' Hotline solves system problems and is a backup for your technical personnel. The problems are solved over the phone and/or via remote connection. The work is carried out by our qualified hot line personnel or, if needed, our product specialists. The root cause of all enquiries is documented in writing.
As the needs for technical support vary from customer to customer, agreements are highly individual and support can be made available 24/7.
