Since 1994, Lyngsoe Systems has worked on the implementation and maintenance of worldwide RFID systems. Lyngsoe Systems quality measurement solutions are based on RFID technology; the perfect solution for quality measurements as it involves no manual handling and provides objective data with no possible opportunity for interference from any postal employee.
Automatic data collection with RFID technology
Data is automatically collected by sending an unmarked and indistinguishable RFID-tagged test letter in the normal mail flow. The test letters collects exact time stamps from strategic congestion points, such as the entrance and exit gates, conveyors, sorting machines, etc. and transfers the data to a server for further use in the Quality of service monitor software.

Secure data and custom-made software
All data material is collected and stored in a secure system architecture. Further processing of data is handled by software, tailor-made for the purpose with a wide range of options for different analysis and reporting requirements. All Lyngsoe software applications are based on a standard platform with multiple modules providing flexibility to fit the individual customer’s specific settings for tracking, analysis and reporting. In addition, our modular approach enables, for example, a quality system to be easily combined with for instant an asset management system or a first or last mile solution on the very same platform at a later date. Easy sharing of quality results with web-based solution
With the Lyngsoe software all quality measurement data is accessible via a web interface protected behind a username and password. The software also makes it possible to split or compare data for individual or organisational needs by, for example, geography, different time periods, business unit, etc.
Further sharing of quality results and reports in your organization is made easy as all individuals can have their own username and password and only access the exact data and reports they need and are authorized for.
