Preliminary analyses – phase one

We provide postal operators with support and know-how to identify critical problems in current processes, and identify objectives for future solutions. This can include pinpointing strengths and weaknesses or proposals for change and action plans based on interviews, workshops or questionnaire-based surveys. General or detailed system requirement specifications can also be generated in the first phase.

Implementation of future needs – phase two

In phase two, we can take responsibility for development and implementation of the solution chosen, satisfy future requirements by supplying standard systems, developing new software, or simply customising existing solutions to support specific needs and requirements. Lyngsoe will provide support in all instances with competent sparring, training for employees, supervisors and managers prior to implementation, and advanced training on request
