Service and maintenance is an important part of all Lyngsoe postal solutions. Our service team ensures the availability and operational reliability of all systems at all times.
From our headquarters in Denmark and our subsidiaries, we maintain and service thousands of turnkey solutions in more than 60 countries, 24/7. Our service centre provides remote and real-time system monitoring through our advanced Service Monitor tool. Daily issues are typically resolved from the service centre via remote connections to customer facilities. If on-site support is required, we dispatch a field service engineer from a Lyngsoe maintenance and repair facility or a local technician from one of our ‘Intelligent Hands’ service partner locations.

The service team works in accordance with procedures outlined in our quality management system, which is certified according to DS/EN ISO9001 quality standards.
