Revenue protection

The revenue protection module contains tools for ensuring that payment has been completed before processing; i.e. that the senders act in accordance with any discount agreements linked to a specific shipment, e.g. specific delivery times, rates of pre-sorting or items shape and texture.

By implementing this module of QSM Operations you will protect and secure revenues and ensure correct payments from senders of shipments that fulfill the requirements of discount agreements.

Easy monitoring of shipments and identification of responsibility

The revenue protection modules offer solutions to monitor shipments supplied from competitors only using part of the postal companies’ infrastructure for e.g. sorting or distribution. The module will establish a focus on settlements between different postal companies and identifying who is responsible if the quality of the overall shipment does not live up to the customer’s expectations.

Internal players get the right information

By combining registration of shipment information from hand-held solutions and the software from this module you ensure that the required information can be easily provided and distributed between internal players in the postal logistics chain.
