On-site service

A service agreement with Lyngsoe provides fast and efficient service hotline and remote user support as a backup for our customers’ technical personnel. Problems or questions regarding hardware equipment or software solutions are quickly solved over the phone and/or via a remote connection. We also have field service engineers to go on site visits when necessary and perform preventive maintenance as well as an Intelligent Hands concept.

Intelligent Hands – Cooperation between service hotline and local technicianstechnician

If our technical support team cannot handle a service issue remotely, we have an excellent corporation with local technicians and our intelligent hands concept. The concept is that a local technician is trained in doing the physical part while supervised and advised remotely by a technical supporter from Lyngsoe, this saves time and avoids cost in sending a field service engineer on-site.

Site visits from field service engineers

We have field service engineers located at our offices around the world, ready to go on site visits when necessary. Site visits are either planned or initiated by an emergency call-out that cannot be handled remotely or resolved by the ‘Intelligent Hands’ concept.

To be able to continuously run your systems at peak performance, both hardware and software problems must be identified before they affect the system performance. We, therefore, work with long-term, preventive maintenance plans to keep your system operational at all times.

Software maintenance

Software maintenance agreements are scalable to fit our customers’ needs and provide them with a full software warranty covering response times and execution of corrective actions. New software upgrades are made available in order to maintain software investments and take advantage of new features and functions. The software warranty guarantees compatibility with new versions of operating systems, databases and software development tools. Software maintenance also guarantees continuous updated knowledge about system enhancements and new software releases.

Hardware maintenance

Lyngsoe field service engineers make on-site maintenance visits on a regular basis, and they inspect all equipment, make necessary repairs and perform onsite tests. During these routine visits, critical emergency procedures are also tested. A hardware maintenance agreement includes a walk-through of the entire system and cleansing or exchange of hardware if necessary. In some cases, preventive maintenance tasks are carried out remotely.
