QSM Operations features a module for dynamic management of mail delivery teams of various sizes, including functions such as work and resource planning, follow-up and control.
This module ensures that postal customers will achieve a high standard delivery service that fulfils the targets for delivery times and optimizes the planning, execution and follow-up on adaptation of staffing in postal services mail distribution.
Fulfilling management purposes and local level planning
This part of QSM Operations offers central information regarding e.g. mail volume and resources, documentation of planned versus actually used resources and daily updated resource figures fulfilling management purposes at postal HQ, regional or at local level for planning, follow-up and benchmarking.
Use a combined solution for staff optimization and route planning
This module can be combined with information from other relevant modules of the QSM Operations, e.g. capturing information on the delivery routes and for the purpose of route planning and staff optimization. This could be registration of start time of delivery, passing at key points on the route and end of delivery.
The system is based on the easy dragging and dropping of tasks inside a window with time and resources, e.g. employees. Visual warnings are given in case of quality drops etc.
