The Lyngsoe software course catalogue covers both standard courses and courses with user-specific content. The standard courses can be conducted as conventional 1–2 day courses with an instructor present or delivered as web-based course modules of 1-2 hours each. Both types of courses can be concluded with a certification.

Standard course catalogue

The standard course catalogue covers courses within AMQM (Automatic Mail Quality Measurements), CRS (Central RFID Server), LDM (Logistic Definition Module) and QSM (Quality of Service Monitor). The courses are divided into introductory courses covering the basic functionalities, while advanced courses provide more specific and complex functionalities. Specific course content

Examples of the specific training content of a typical standard course are shown below. The full course catalogue is available if you complete the request form.

Intro AMQM, course number LSA-1.0
A course designed to give the trainee the basic skills in the workings of the AMQM system, and covering:

  • Description of RFID technology
  • RFID used for postal testing
  • Reader and exciter functionality
  • Site PC and EDECS functionality
  • Different set-ups: fixed sites, light set-ups and mobile solutions.

Participation in the course will provide trainees with a basic understanding of Lyngsoe solutions with RFID data capture and how the data is used in the software solutions.

Intro QSM, course number LSA-4.0
A course designed to give the trainee the basic skills in how to monitor, analyze and make reports with QSM. The following subjects will be addressed in the course:

  • Data types
  • E2E
  • Data flow
  • Basic data
  • Principles of test letters
  • Test letter journeys
  • Registrations
  • Process time
  • Calculating delays.

Participation in the course will provide trainees with skills to describe the various data types in the system, explain the dataflow and understand test letter journeys, and how calculations of test letters are based on registrations and process times.
