Check-In station, LibraryMate® 1000

The LibraryMate® 1000 check-in kiosk automates the returns process of library items in circulation.

It is designed to be used alone or in combination with other Library Mate® check-in kiosks. Each kiosk also acts as a primary induction for one of several types of library sorting systems. When used in conjunction with a sorting system, library staff can be relieved of the labour intensive and repetitive motion tasks of handling returned items. As a result, they can spend more time servicing and assisting library users in other areas.
