Project Managers for global, multi-million dollar IT projects
Can you manage complex, multimillion IT projects? Can you motivate a top professional development team in one of the leading companies in the business? Then you have the chance of becoming one of Lyngsoe Systems’ project managers. You will be the focal point for the development of state-of-the-art IT based logistics solutions for customers across the world.
From demand analysis to the finished product
You will manage projects from beginning to end – right from the analysis of the customer’s needs, processes, and systems, across proposal making, to system development, testing, and implementation.
You will be in charge of the preparation of analytical reports, performance specifications, system descriptions, and offers.
You will be responsible for timely delivery of solutions, staying within budget, and for delivering the quality that the customers expect in order to gain a maximum benefit of the project. This is why you will also handle the contact to customers, suppliers and the other units of Lyngsoe Systems. This position is more than averagely challenging.
It gives you an in-depth insight into many different businesses, technologies, and companies – all over the world. As you will have full responsibility of your projects, you can expect the freedom to plan your day and shape the position.
Engineer, computer scientist, M.Sc. information technology, or similar
Your education is engineer, computer scientist, M.Sc. information technology, or similar, and you have previously been working with project management, preferably in relation to the development of IT systems.
You are used to keeping an overview of large and technically complex projects with many partners and potential solutions. At the same time your knowledge of IT, your general technical insight, and your business sense enables you to analyse the customers’ logistics systems and processes in order to identify needs, problems, and possible pitfalls.
You have financial understanding and a sense of overview and are capable of managing more parallel projects within budget. Thanks to your outgoing and inspiring attitude you induce motivation in your colleagues and maintain strong relationships with customers. As our customers are often large, international companies, you both speak and write English, and some travelling can be expected.
